The Promissory Note Project Petition
Let us all unite and call upon the sitting president of the United States to exercise his powers as granted by The 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution through the Civil Rights Act of 1866 to fully implement it, for the first time in the history of this Republic, on behalf of its rightful beneficiaries.
** PETITION BELOW **
Dear President Trump,
We the undersigned are the descendants of chattel “Human Property” slavery in the United States and citizens who support them.
December 6th, 2018 marked the 150th anniversary of the ratification of the Civil Rights Act (CRA) of 1866. An act that to this very day has never been fully enforced. As it is the “mother” of the 14th Amendment, we desire to bring to your attention the absolute Presidential powers you have, some of the significant issues they impact and our full support as sovereign citizens of this Republic as you exercise your full authority to finally bring the implementation of the Act to pass. We believe that although these have been hidden in plain sight for lo these many years, only the current administration is poised to finally implement and enforce them.
When fully enforced, the CRA of 1866 directly impacts some of the most pressing issues with which you, and we, contend today. All consequences of its previous lack of full implementation/poor execution in the past. These issues include:
1. The persistent, pernicious wound caused by the concept of race that continues to divide the citizens of America
2. Emergent matters of National Security
3. Egregious usurpation's of liberty to include slavery, human trafficking, organ harvesting, and abortion
Mr. President, we understand that the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence are the Promissory notes of this Republic and covenants with our Creator. It is clear to us that the current divided, tumultuous condition of our nation has been a gradual process; a direct result of our departure from covenants with our Creator who endowed us with the inalienable rights for which we continue to fight. A God who is no respecter of persons and is therefore best qualified to be the final authority on the dispensation of these rights according to His will, not the will of man.
We also understand that behind the ongoing fight over “race” in this country lies the truth: None of this has ever been about skin color or “race”. It is about an experience. An experience unique to those brought to the United States in the capacity of involuntary servitude and their descendants who currently lead in nearly every negative statistic in the country. It is the experience of involuntary servitude that created the need for a particular path to citizenship. No other experience qualifies. Today, we recognize that our rightful birthright citizenship in this country is under siege and it is up to us to take the steps to claim it as our own.
The first step is the insistence that the 14th Amendment of the Constitution, through the full execution of the CRA of 1866 and OUR citizenship be thoroughly and thoughtfully instated for the first time in the history of this Republic.
Most Sincerely Yours,
